1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyDaps ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, creators, and subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyDaps. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

⚠️ 18+ Content Notice: MyDaps contains adult-oriented content including live streaming, videos, and user-generated material that may not be suitable for users under 18. Users acknowledge they may encounter mature content, including but not limited to suggestive or sexually-themed broadcasts and interactions. Users under 18 access such content at their own discretion and risk.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use MyDaps to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Upload content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Share pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content without proper age verification
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spread misinformation or deliberately false content
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use bots or automated tools without our written permission
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to MyDaps. However, by posting content on our platform, you grant MyDaps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display and distribute your content on the platform
• Use your content for promotional purposes
• Modify or adapt your content as necessary for technical delivery

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the rights to share it.

6. Virtual Currency (Coins)

MyDaps offers a virtual currency system ("Coins") subject to the following terms:

• Coins are purchased with real money and used for tipping creators and subscriptions
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify coin prices and packages at any time
• Coins may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations

7. Subscriptions and VIP

MyDaps offers VIP subscriptions that unlock additional features and benefits. Subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

MyDaps reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Issue warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required

We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to ensure compliance with these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The MyDaps name, logo, branding, and platform design are the intellectual property of MyDaps. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyDaps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.

12. Privacy

Your use of MyDaps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
